Deposits vary based on service provided and are non-refundable/ non-transferable.
How should I arrive for my appointment?
You should arrive with clean lashes and non-oily skin.
How long is shipping?
All items are shipped via USPS and will arrive in approximate 3-7 days.
What happens if my order does not arrive?
We will not be responsible for any lost packages. Please contact the shipping provider in regard to any delayed or lost packages. All packages are insured, and you should file a claim with USPS.
Are there refunds?
